It is easy to use and most of the work has been done for you by a host of developers and web designers.
Is WordPress the only way to create a website? No, there are a lot of other website builders out there such as Web.com, Wix, GoDaddy, etc. But I believe that WordPress is the best and easiest platform to build a website that works on both desktop and mobile devices.
